Senator Huggins offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 2: Delete the first occurrence of "and" Page 1, line 2, following "Procedure": Insert "; and providing for an effective date" Page 6, following line 5: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 7. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c)." Senator Huggins moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
